To provide our automated execution services, Polyers requires users to provide API credentials and wallet connection strings.
🛡️ All sensitive keys and connection strings are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 symmetric encryption. Our engineering team cannot, and does not, view raw private keys.
Polyers interacts with public decentralized networks (e.g., Polygon).
Users acknowledge that all transactions broadcasted to public decentralized networks are public and permanent.
Due to the nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete, modify, or censor on-chain transaction data. Any information submitted to the blockchain is outside of our control and subject to public visibility.
Polyers utilizes secure, enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure for various operational functions:
We do not store full credit card data. All financial transactions are handled securely by authorized third-party processors.
We collect anonymized usage logs to improve platform performance and security. This may include device identifiers, browser types, and non-sensitive interaction events.
We do not sell user data to third-party marketing firms.
You have the right to request access to the data we store about you, to request corrections, or to request the deletion of your account and associated database records.
Please note that this does not extend to on-chain blockchain data as described in Section 2.
Polyers fetches real-time market data via the Polymarket CLOB API. This data is used solely to provide accurate "Best Ask" pricing and to facilitate automated trade execution.
We do not share your private trading strategy or bot configurations with Polymarket or any third-party data providers. Execution data remains private within the Polyers ecosystem until it is broadcasted to the public blockchain.
