Privacy
The short version
We keep very little. Wallet addresses you type are used only to fetch public data. We store public wallet addresses and public trade data for a small watchlist of wallets, and email addresses people give us for the digest and Pro list. We use cookie-free analytics. We do not sell data and we do not run ads.
What we collect and why
- Wallet addresses you analyze. Your browser sends the address to our server, which asks Polymarket’s public API for that wallet’s data and returns it. Polymarket sees our server, not you. We do not store the addresses people analyze, and we do not link them to anything about you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard request logs, which can include the web address requested.
- Tracked wallets (public data). For a small, hand-picked watchlist we store the wallet’s public address and its public closed-position data (market, prices, sizes, profit and loss, timestamps), refreshed daily, so we can show full-history analysis. This is public on-chain and public-API data about wallets, not about identified people. We do not add wallets because someone typed them in.
- Digest and Pro list. If you join, we store your email address, the time you joined, which options you ticked (the weekly digest, Pro early access, or both) and which part of the page the form was on. We do not store which wallet you were looking at. We use the email only for the options you ticked. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
- Anti-abuse. To limit spam on the waitlist form we keep a short-lived counter per visitor. The visitor is represented by a keyed hash of their IP address that we cannot reverse and that changes every hour. The raw IP address is not stored. These counters are deleted automatically within about two days.
- Usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures page views, referrers, countries and performance without cookies and without tracking individuals across sites. We also keep our own daily counters of three things only: how many analyses were run, how many people started the signup form, and how many submitted it. These counters contain no wallet address, no email and no personal data.
Cookies
Polyers does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie for bot protection.
Who handles the data
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Data from Polymarket comes from its public API. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Emails on the list: until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist.
- Tracked-wallet data: while the wallet is on the watchlist; it can be removed on request.
- Anti-abuse counters: deleted automatically, within about two days.
- Daily usage counters: kept in aggregate form, with no personal data.
Your choices and deleting your data
To have your email removed from the waitlist, or to ask a question about your data, email from the address concerned. If you believe a tracked wallet’s data relates to you and you want it removed, write to the same address and we will review it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct or erase your data; we will honor valid requests.
Children
Polyers is not intended for anyone under 18, and prediction markets are restricted in many places. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
