Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Draft. This page was written in plain English as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed before charging anyone or collecting more than the data described here.

1. What Polyers is

Polyers (“we”, “us”) is a free, independent analytics website. You paste a public Polymarket wallet address and Polyers shows past results for that wallet, such as profit and loss, win rate and ROI by sport, league and bet type. We also keep a daily history of a small number of wallets so we can show longer track records.

2. Not affiliated with Polymarket

Polyers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. “Polymarket” is a name belonging to its owners. We do not use their logo. We do not hold, move or have access to anyone’s funds, and we do not place trades for anyone.

3. No financial advice

Everything on Polyers is information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, copy or follow any wallet, trader or market. Past results do not predict future performance. Results can come from luck as well as skill, which is why we flag small samples. You are responsible for your own decisions.

4. Data may be incomplete or wrong

The data comes from public Polymarket interfaces that we do not control. It can be delayed, incomplete, changed or wrong. For very active wallets the data source does not return every historical position, so some periods can be missing; where we know about this we say so on the page. Leagues and bet types are inferred from market names and may occasionally be misclassified. Our calculations (for example the rough 95% ROI range) are simplified guides, not guarantees.

5. Use of the service

6. Weekly digest and Pro waitlist

A weekly “Wallet of the Week” email and a “Pro” plan do not exist as services yet. Joining the list only means you may receive emails about them, limited to the options you ticked. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise that either will launch, or of what it will include or cost. There are no payments on Polyers today.

7. No warranty, limited liability

Polyers is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Polyers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy page.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Polyers means you accept the current version. (Governing law and the operator’s legal name and address are still to be added.)
